    • Choose the "Transport" option in the Hyre app to request a ride.
  2. Enter Destination:

    • Input your destination and, if applicable, any stops you need to make during the ride. Confirm the details.
  3. Specify Fare:

    • Enter your desired fare for the ride or choose the estimated fare option provided by the Hyre app.
  4. Await Driver Response:

    • Wait for a driver to review and accept your bid.
  5. Driver Response:

    • The driver can either accept, reject, or counter your offer. You will be notified of their response.
  6. Negotiate Fare:

    • Engage in negotiation with the driver to agree on a fare that suits both parties.
  7. Confirmation and OTP:

    • Once a fare is accepted by the driver, provide them with the ride OTP (One-Time Password) for confirmation.

  • Once your trip is confirmed, you will have access to the driver’s name, profile photo, and rating as well as the vehicle’s type, model, and license plate number.

  • You can choose to pay with cash, your e-wallet, WiPay or within the app, or credit card. Outside of the app you can use End Cash

They have all passed background checks, driving record checks, and have valid licenses and insurance. We take the safety of our passengers very seriously and make sure to only hire qualified and experienced drivers who meet our strict standards

 

 

Hyre's app features an innovative bidding system, giving passengers the reins to negotiate fares with drivers before confirming their ride. This dynamic approach promotes transparency and fairness, allowing passengers to tailor their travel expenses.
For drivers, this isn't just a ride; it's a business opportunity. With the freedom to set their own rates and choose the most financially rewarding trips, our driver-partners find a symbiotic relationship in the bidding ecosystem. with a personalized, cost-effective ride experience.

The maximum number of passengers allowed depends on the type of service you choose. EconRide and ComfortRide can accommodate up to 4 passengers, while the 6seater service can carry up to 6 passengers.

The driver may cancel a booked ride only if they have arrived at your pickup point.

You can communicate with your driver through the in-app chat box or make a phone call using the app.

If you need to make a complaint about a driver, you can do so by using the “Support” feature within the app.

If you are involved in a car accident, there are several recommended procedures to follow:

Check for injuries: The first priority is to make sure everyone involved in the accident is safe. If anyone is injured, call for emergency services 999 immediately.

Document the accident: Take photos of the scene, including any damage to the vehicle and surrounding objects. Get the contact and insurance information of the other driver(s) involved.

Contact the company: Notify the company as soon as possible and provide details about the accident, including the location, time, and any injuries sustained.

File a police report: Depending on the severity of the accident, you may need to file a police report. This will help with insurance claims and legal matters.

Follow up with insurance: Make sure to contact your insurance company to report the accident and initiate the claims process.

  • Offer a warm and friendly greeting to passengers.
  • Engage in polite and professional conversation throughout the trip.
  • Assist with luggage when it is safe to do so.
  • Note that if a trip is canceled, the rider won't be able to rate it.

The rental service option in Hyre allows users to rent a vehicle along with a driver for a specific duration, providing a convenient and flexible transportation solution. Here's how it works:

  1. Selecting Rental Option: Users open the Hyre app and choose the "Rental" option from the available services.

  2. Choosing Vehicle Type and Duration: Users can specify the type of vehicle they require (e.g., sedan, SUV, van) and the duration for which they need the rental service. The duration can range from 1 hour to 6 hours, depending on the user's needs.

  3. Driver Assignment: Once the duration and vehicle type are selected, the app assigns a suitable driver and vehicle for the rental period.

  4. Start of Rental: Users meet the driver at the designated location at the agreed-upon time to begin the rental period. The driver will be responsible for driving the user to their desired destinations during the rental duration.

  5. Trip Completion: At the end of the rental period, the driver concludes the trip, and the user's transportation needs for the specified duration are fulfilled.

  6. Payment Processing: The app processes the payment for the rental service based on the agreed-upon duration and vehicle type. Payment can be made through various methods supported by the app, such as credit/debit card or in-app wallet.
